Sony Memory Stick Pro Duo Pictures Amount Issue
I erase pictures on my sony memory stick pro duo but i don't get the same amount of pictures anymore? What am i doing wrong? Can someone tell me if i'm suppose to reset something? I should be able to take 3mg pixel in a 2gb at least 100 to 150 pictures i'm on vga and i can only take 50 pictures it's horrible. Answer:-
You need to change your device settings (i'm guessing it's a digital camera). Go to your image resolution or image quality settings and reduce them. The image quality is set higher taking up more space. If you lower the resolution you should be able to get the number of pics to increase.

Blank Screen Problem With Video Card
Im totally sick of trying to put this new graphics card in my computer. I know that the card is completely compatible with my computer so i uninstalled all the old drivers off my previous card, took it out, put the new one in, downloaded the correct new driver off the nvidia website, then i had to restart my computer. When it restated everything was fine until the welcome screen. Where it went completely black. I clicked around with the mouse (even though i couldn't see sh*t!) And i heard the noise it makes when i log in to my account thingy. So it isn't totally broke. I just cant see anything. Everything is black! Lol. So i took the card out (which was suspiciously warm to touch) and did a system restore to yesterday too fool my silly computer that nothing had happened. What could be the problem? Any ideas?
Someone said to just give it time and then the screen will come back. Is this true cuz i don't want to go through all that again for nothing.

Usb Card Reader Problem With Data Upload / Download
I love using sd cards, mainly because of my pda and camera. After switching from a via mobo with a sempron 2300+ to an intel board with a (used) p4 2. 8 ht northwood quite a while ago, my card reader started distorting any kind of data uploaded from/downloaded to the cards i'm using. I've tried different cards, different card readers (they worked fine with other computer, an emachines), different os's (two versions of windows, and linux, the knoppix distro), different ram (switched from rosewill to kingston), different video cards, and now, a new mobo (with same southbridge chip but different nb chip). The last thing i can think of is the proc, and the computer does everything else fine, really, no glitches in gaming, video/audio encoding/playback, etc. I'm just boggled, i've been trying to figure this out for a year now, and haven't thought of posting here for advice. I recently bought a celeron oem off of newegg with which to build another extra pc with the old mobo, to see if it was indeed the cpu. Any ideas?

My girlie has a kodak cx7330 digital camera, and i want to grab her a memory card for it as a belated christmas present. I looked it up on the kodak website, and it says the camera takes sd cards. That means nothing to me. Aren't there a bunch of different types of memory cards? I know i've heard of "compact flash" quite a bit. I just need a little help sorting this all out. I don't want to buy her the wrong type of card.

Graphics Card Memory Interface
I wanted to get a new grphics card that was uner $70 and better than my geforce 5200. I found the radeon 9600se, everything seems to be better about that card than mine except the memory interface. My 5200 has 128bit but the 9600se has only 64bit, how much of a factor does that plaay in games and stuff?

When i checked my video card properties this it what it showed me:
Total available memory 1023mb
Dedicated memory 256mb
System video memory 0mb
Shared video memory 767mb
What does it all mean, i know that my card has 256mb of dedicated memory, but the rest doesn't make sense to me, oh im running vista home premium.

When i put my memory card into my hp printer, why does it say memory card error? I have a hp photosmart 2610 all in one printer. I have yet to try the card in another camera but i will 2moro and tell you the results. On the other had i have tried it in a printer that has an sd slot right on it and it was able to read the card to a degree. It was able to read about half of the total number of pictures on the card and some of those pictures showed up very distorted with like half of the picture itself coming out all pink. I have no clue what this could mean and am looking for a quick answer but devh specializes in quick reliable support for all posters and thats what i love most about this place.

Toshiba Portege M200 Graphics Card Memory
I will be buying a toshiba portege m200 as it is required for my school. I was wondering if anyone could explain to me how much memory it has for the graphics card. On the website it says:
Nvidia geforce go 5200 32m 4x agp (32mb ddr discrete graphics memory)

Is my olympus xd memory card compatible with a hp color laser jet 2840? I am having some trouble uploading images from my camera. I own an olympus fe-270 and have misplaced my cable so i am trying to upload off the memory card. I have a friends computer and i backed up all his pictures on my little zip drive. My retarted *** didnt seem to double check the zip to see if the pics sent to it but when i checked it this morning everything was on there except for the pics . I reformated the hd and i need to find a way to recover the pics asap. Does anyone know of a good data recovery program i can use to recover these pictures back. Can i still recover them even if i deleted the partition?

When you delete files the data itself isnt deleted, just the index entry that says where the data for those files is located. The space containing the deleted files is also now marked as free space so it is available to the system for any new files to be written there instead. If and when that happens, then it becomes too late to recover your deleted files so it is very, very important to not save any new files or data to the device concerned. If the deleted files are on a memory card or usb memory stick, just dont save any new files to it. If the deleted files are on a memory card or usb memory stick, just dont save any new files to it. Just bought a printer 3 in 1 by hp. I need to know how to scan pictures to my computer. Can anyone assist me in it?
Answer:-
If you installed the scanner correctly, go in yout start menu and look in the hp folder. Click on the hp solution center and that will start the scanning software. Put your pix face down on the scanner glass, close the lid, and click on the scan button in the scanning software menu. Don't press the scanner button on the scanner. It won't work. You need to use the software. If you have photoshop, go in the file menu and select source. Use the twain driver and after, clock on acquire or scan.
