Wifi Isnt Working For Mac

And have a d-link router wbr-1310 and i've had sme problems i've never had with this router recently. It's well connected to the internet, the regular computer works. Working great, connected to the internet. So now. I have the laptp. Which usually is connected by the wifi connection. And from what i see the wifi is connected well. The lights are one.connection is connected. But it doesn't connect to my laptop. I look at my laptop (mac) settings. And it says the airport connection is connected but the ethernet isn't? And this has happened to mea couple times in the last week or 2. So what i usually did was reset the router. And the wifi was up running! And i was happy. But then after a while. It automatically. Gets disconnected. And it's also happening on the wifi for my itouch. So what do ido? And remember this is just for the wifi. The internet is working on my regular computer but the wifi doesn't get through to my laptop? And remember its a mac. What do i do?

Kodak Printer Wifi Connection With Mac
How do i get my kodak printer to establish a wi-fi connection with my mac? I have a kodak esp-7 printer with wi-fi connectivity and have installed the printer software on my macbook pro laptop using the installation cd provided. I have made numerous attempts to print various documents but have achieved nothing. I have gone into the printer menu through the screen options on it and input the settings for wi-fi capability, also inputting the settings required through the mac's 'system preferences' menu under 'print and fax', changing different options with each attempt at printing always telling me on the mac screen to check my printer connections because it cannot be found!
I have looked under 'network' and 'sharing' folders in system preferences also, to see what could be changed there but have rendered the same result. Why can't my mac and printer make a wi-fi connection? I've had success through use with a usb cable but moving to a recent change of address now sees my print functions differently and have achieved success for my partner on her (windows) laptop, which takes advantage of the wi-fi facility.

Everytime i open it, it's fine. Then if i look through my picture in the sidebar or take a picture it says there is a problem and needs to close. I've restarted my computer, and i've just left it off. And i don't know it just isn't working. This is a new laptop. An hp with windows 7.

Laptop Touchpad Isnt Working
For some reason i just turned off my laptop then i came back, turned on my laptop and my touchpad wasn't working and i press caps lock my keyboard doesn't work luckily i have a backup mouse and keyboard. Someone tell me what is happening. Answer:-
Sounds like the cord inside the laptop that connects the keyboard and trackpad to the motherboard of the laptop is lose. If it is under warranty take it in for repairs, if not then open it up and plug it in tight. Also make sure no moisture is around plug while you have it open.

I always have everything that needs to be plugged in to connect to xbox live (the plug for the router, the cable, and the network cord to connect into my xbox and the router. The Dns Server Isnt Responding
Yesterday night i surfed the web, then somehow it stopped working. I tried using the internet in every program, yahoo messenger, firefox, ie, no were works, except torrent downloads. I tried to put the opendns's, they won't work either. Restarting the router won't work either. I am using windows 7, and at the network and sharing center it looks ok, shows as connected to the internet. I get this error while troubleshooting. I also tried to disable the microsoft virtual wifi miniport adapter, that won't work either. Tried to put a static ip, won't work either. I have a laptop using windows xp, on which the internet is working. I also got an exact same laptop, with windows 7, again, internet is working. I really have no idea what is wrong. I tried disabling the antivirus and firewall, to see if it works, but nothing. I also made sure i don't have any bonjour software installed, such as mdnsresponder.exe. Tried flushdns, didn't work, the google dns didn't work either. I am not sure the problem comes from the dns, all other computers have those dns's and are working. Did a virus scan too, with a different antivirus. And sometimes it's loading the page, but very slowly, and at that same time, if i try to load another page, it won't work again. It just say "looking up (ex.google.com)" at the bottom of the firefox browser. It sometimes happen to work, but stops after 5 minutes. I even went to the extreme, and reinstalled windows, the problem persists. I honestly never encountered something so difficult to solve.

My wireless network has suddenly gone! I've tried rebuilding the the small office network but it continually sees the network card as disconnected. We share a wifi connection but its very weak? We live on a static home park and have access to the sites router, the problem we have is that the signal is weak and sometimes we cant connect to router. Without connecting a wifi booster to the router is there a product or an antenna that i can connect to my pc that can capture a weak signal or an antenna that will capture a signal from a router that is a little to far away to give me a reasonable signal to prevent connection drop out.

When you connect public wifi how can you tell which sp you're connected to? How can you tell which service provider (isp i mean) you're connected to when you do public wifi? For instance, i know starbucks & mcdonalds in the us use at&t. But how about when you're at some other location? Short of asking the workers who the isp is. They probably wouldn't know anyway.

How to connect wifi printer? I got a wireless printer last week. I successful connected it to the pc and it works perfectly normal. However, i have laptop also and i wish i could print using the laptop also. I installed the printer's software on the laptop and it seemed as if everything would work- but it did not! When i go to control panel, it showed me the printer's brand (hp), which means that the laptop obviously recognizes the printer. However, when i go to printer's status, it is offline. How can i change the status? I'd be grateful if you told me what to do in steps! By the way, i've got a router also but i think it has nothing to do with that, or am i wrong?
Answer:- if the printer is connected to the router (wireless i presume) with a network cable, then you should be able to print to it with your laptop thru the router using the assigned network address of the printer, but you'll need to setup the network settings in the printer setup on your laptop. If the printer is attached to another computer, and that computer is attached to the router (again presuming it's wireless), then you'll need to setup print sharing on that computer, and it will always need to be on in order to print, as well as the shared properties on your laptop. You can also setup the printer to be physically attached to one computer and wirelessly to your laptop using what is referred to as "ad-hoc" wireless setup. All of these are options, but i don't know how you are setup.

Can't Connect To Wifi
I just got a new laptop with windows 7 and it works perfectly when im using a home connection that requires a password. But any public wifi i cannot connect. Ok i have a desktop computer in my room with the modem in here. I have another computer in my brothers room that he uses the wifi off of its a desktop also. 2. Scroll down to network settings
3. Click internet connection settings
4. Click easy or custom. I prefer easy. 5. Click wireless
6. Click scan
7. Select your wifi network and select a security type. Most new routers come with wpa/wpa2 but older ones come with wep or none. None isn't recommended. 8. Type your password. 9. If it's successful, it will return you to the network settings page. To test it, go to internet connection test. When i click the list to try and connect to my 2wire box, it shows up on the list with excellent signal. I try to connect but i could not. I scan for networks on my blackberry (curve 8900) and click on my virgin internet - it then provides a code and says, enter this pin into your wireless router. I am not sure on where to enter this code?
I found that i may need to enter my ip address into a web browser? When i do so it goes onto a website called d-link and it asks for my user name and password. Problems with nintendo ds wifi connection? We had to have the internet guy come over and fix our router, so we asked him about switching it to wep so i can get internet on my nintendo ds, and he said that wep isn't even broadcasted anymore. I am moving to a home that isn't mine to change around without wifi or a router. I believe there are things you can pay for to connect to the usb port&keep your laptop connected whenever it needs to be. I was wondering if anyone knows how to do that or what it's called. I'll pay for whatever i need to, i just need a connection!

I forgot my password to my wifi connection. Okay, so i lost my password to my wifi connection. I know that you can change it by typing in the ip address to the web browser and then go to the security tab and change it. But whenever i type in my ip address it asks me for a username and password. People tell me that by default it is admin/admin. But that's not working. Is there anything else i can do besides resetting the router?
