Hp Officejet J5750 Scanner Wont Scan
Hp officejet j5750 scanner wont scan, the printer works just fine, and we haven't used the fax yet, but i'm sure that works just fine, but whenever we try to scan a picture, it says "no scan options". It's connected to the computer and everything, and it prints perfectly, but the scanner won't work. Any ideas?

I lost my manual and have no idea how to scan my picture from my hp officejet 6500 onto my computer. Please help step by step. Answer:- power on the scanner, put the document face down on the glass. Now, go in your start menu and look into the hp folder. Select hp solution center and open it. Once you see the menu, look on the left and you will see scan buttons. Set the scanner to 300 or 600 dpi for high quality scan.

Hp Officejet J5750 - Error Replace Right Cartridge
Hp officejet j5750 says to replace right cartridge even though it is full of ink and was working fine before? It is full of ink and it just worked yesterday, then today the printer has the error light lit up and says that i have to replace the right cartridge (which is the black one). The printer now wont turn off if i press the off button, the only way to turn it off is to unplug it and i've tried that. I've also tried taking the cartridges out and putting them back in. What do i do?

Answer:-
If you have a scanner, place them on. Then open my computer, click on the printers/scanners (towards the bottom) and it will launch a program which will save them to the location you want. Scan Photos From Computer Into Pictures Folder
Why cant i scan photos from my dell computer onto my pictures folder? Usually, it gives me the option of just scanning and downloading it onto my pictures folders. I put a photo in my scanner and hit "my pictures" and it is not giving me that option. It says that i can copy my photos already on there. It's like it's not recognizing my scanner. My scanner was working fine and i just used to it to copy some photos onto paper for an ad. Should i call dell? I just hate to 'cause it takes hours and i can't understand them most of the time and i have to have them repeat themselves a dozen times, lol! Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Like i said, all i want to do is scan a photo onto my computer and store it under "my pictures".

What you need to do is unplug the usb cable from the computer and power on the hp. Now begin a fresh install and you will reconnect the usb only when the program tells you about halfway into it. Let it finish and reboot the computer. Windows will find the scanner. Go in the start menu and look in hp folder and open the scanning software just installed. Put your document face down on the glass and select scan from the scanning menu. It will turn on the light and scan a preview onto your screen. Press scan again and it will scan it on the screen. If you like it, save it as jpeg format, that's it. Make sure that you set the scanner to 300 dpi or 600 dpi for high quality scans.
