Mp3 To Audio Cd Burn
Replies: 2 | Post Date: 12-04-2005, 12:13 AM | User: Xynder | Forums: hardforum.comWhen i burn a bunch of mp3s to a cd (as an audio cd, not as a data cd) and put said cd in my player, the track listing comes up as "track1, track2, track3" etc. Etc. This is kind of confusing, as all the appropriate track info appears for the files in the burning program. How do i fix this so the audio cd i make retains all the same info?

I am staying away from apple because i dont like itunes and would rather have the simple drag and drop optoin. Is there anything else out there comparable to a nano? 2-4g that can act as a flash drive and can take some abuse?

Mp3 Player With Best Support For Winamp
My brothers ipod he had been using crapped out the other day (he dropped it in a paint bucket lol), and he is looking for a mp3 player that would work well with winamp. He is looking for a mp3 player that has these options available when used with winamp:
1. Able to copy playlists from winamp onto mp3 player
2. Able to copy album artwork images onto player/display with music. He is looking at creative zens, but read a couple reviews on the winamp forums that they were not a great choice?

Mustek Mp3 Player Not Working
When i connect my mustek mp3 player to my comp nothing happens why? But my usb settings showy its working properly? Auto-play may be turned off. Go into "my computer" and find the mp3 player and double click that should get you going.

I have a asus desktop with a hl-dt-st dvdram gh40n ata device, i am trying to burn a movie using a dvd-r with no success. It will only burn on dvd+r. How can i get it to burn to a dvd-r? Is there settings i need to change. I have nero also. Answer:-

How Many Mp3 Players That Could Charge From A Usb Hub ?
I work at a library and we are going to be checking out mp3 players to patrons. When they come back we will need to charge them. I was thinking about getting a usb hub and connecting it to a computer. Would there be a limit to how many mp3 players (creative zen) that could charge from a usb hub? Also, i am looking for a hub with lots of ports. 7 ports seem common but i found a 13 port one. Any larger ones out there?

Cassette Music Use More Space On Mp3 Than Lg Phone
Why does cassette music use more space on a mp3 than a lg phone when synced from my computer? My dad put his cassettes on his windows mp, and he synced it to his walkman. It took up alot of space. Later, when he put it on his chocolate phone, it took up less space on his phone than his sony walkman. Please explain.

So i got this cd player (i depended on mp3 player until it broke), and i found out i could write my own cds, so i tried using windows media player 10 (the newest) and i got this error.code: c00d119f: cannot burn files to cd. So i talk to my friends about it, and they tell me about this dutch software ahead nero, and i took the evaluation one, and it gave me endtrack error and power caliberation error (power caliberation came first).

I m going to record all my old tapes and stuff onto my computer so i can compress them into mp3. I have all the equpiment set up and i really want to do this properly. What programs should i use to clean up the sound of the music? There is some hissing which i would like to get rid of also i would like to adjust the bass and treble on some of the tapes. My dad also gave me a bunch of his old old old 1950's tapes and he wants me to burn them onto cd for him, so he can listen to the cd instead of tape, the tapes even say dolby system on it, never knew they were around for so long. Anyways the tapes are in pretty crummy condition but the sound is very very good. So i would just like to know which program is the best for me to do this with, the windows sound recorder doesnt seem to record sound from line in on my sound card.

Lost The Ability To Burn Dvds
First, nero 6. 6 says i need to install "burnrights" cause i don't have administrator privileges, and so i uninstalled it and tried nero 9 and got the same problem. So i installed two different dvd recording programs, cdburnerxp and infrarecorder, both of which can't detect my dvd burners. And now i just notice that dvd decrypter can't find them either. I have two burners, one sata and one ide which was working fine as of yesterday and now for some unknown reason, i can't burn anything. I can still use them to read data, and still burn a music cd with itunes. Weird huh?
I was recently hit with the trojan. Vundo. H virus but i don't think that's the culprit.

Philips Gogear Mp3 Won't Connect
Philips gogear mp3 won't connect properly, and computer tells me the drive is empty when it's not. ? I own a philips gogear mp3, and it was working completely fine up until a couple of days ago. When i plug it in to charge, it flashes the messages 'ok to disconnect' and 'do not disconnect' rapidly one after another (i.e. It keeps disconnecting and connecting). I tried on another computer and it still did the same. When i did manage to click on the mp3 folder/drive, it said that the drive was empty (when it wasn't). Does anyone know how to fix this?

Burn Problem With Windows Media Player 11
We were trying to burn some music cd's, however, we ran into some problems. Perhaps you can offer some suggestions as to correct the problems. It is my wife's computer. She has a dell 1545 inspiron with windows xp pro. The windows media player is version 11. Our problem is that we cannot burn an audio cd. We are not receiving any error messages. Our approach is as follows:
1. 0 click and drag songs to the burn list. 2. 0 insert blank cd-r for the audio burn. 3. 0 click on start burn and nothing happens. 4. 0 then, i am unable to get the blank cd from the tray when i press the release button. 5. 0 i have tried several blank cd's. Still no burn. 6. 0 i have to shut down the pc and reboot before i can get the tray to give up the cd. Some additional information. As the pc is shutting down it shows that a microsoft windows update is in progress. I should not think this should cause a problem, however, i mention it for what it is worth. Please offer some suggestions to correct this cd burning issue problem.

Windows Explorer Freezing When Viewing Drive Of Mp3's
Wondering why when i attempt to access my partition i created that contains my mp3 files via windows explorer it will freeze for about 2-5 minutes. My mouse is movable fine but the rest of my whole desktop screen stays froze. Had page file enabled for that partiotion

18. 7gb total capacity

115 folders
Drive is a new maxtor 7200rpm 8mb cache (shouldnt give me this problem at all)

I have a 3yr old hp dvd635 (dvd rw) drive. Can you please have a read through the following symptoms of my drive, make some comment on what might be happening to it and hopefully make some suggestions as to how to fix it? Thanks heaps. Until two weeks ago i could created dvd images and burn dvd-video from those images, create cd data discs, audio cds from image files, etc. However, a week ago the drive failed twice when burning an audio cd (once using nero express v6 and then 10mins later using windows media player 10). On the third attempt it began burning cds and i managed to successfully burn two cds. 3 weeks ago i burned four dvds from images (images created using that drive) without any problem and have viewed those dvds several times using this drive. However, tonight it couldn't read two of those dvds (note that i'd played the dvds in a dvd appliance 15mins earlier without any problem so the dvds are healthy). The dvd drive couldn't access them and eventually returned the error "a disk with an unsupported format in drive f:"
I did test the drive using a commercial dvd movie tonight and it played it without any problem. The other night i also tried to burn some files to a dvd-r. Nero express got through the initialization stage of burning the dvd then failed (i.e.got 5% through and then froze with the dvd drive just sitting and clicking periodically). It failed twice, destroying two archive quality dvds. Any thoughts and advice?

Pc Slow Speed / Performance In Converting Wma Files To Mp3 In Itunes
I did have the evga nforce 680i, but i was experienceing problems with it so i exchanged it for the abit. However i can tell there is a difference in performance, stuff just doesnt open as quick with this new one, nor does it convert wma files to mp3 in itunes as fast.computer specifications:

I did have the evga nforce 680i, but i was experienceing problems with it so i exchanged it for the abit. However i can tell there is a difference in performance, stuff just doesnt open as quick with this new one, nor does it convert wma files to mp3 in itunes as fast.computer specifications:

Rio S35s Sonic Blue Mp3 Player Memory Upgrade
I have a rio s35s sonic blue mp3 player. It only has 128mb on it and i need an upgrade for it. It has a slot to put a flash card into but i looked all over the internet and can only find a few that don't seem worth the money. Does anyone know of where to find these?

Films On Dvd Rom Turn Out With Pulsing Motion After Burn
When i burn films on my dvd rom they turn out with a sort of pulsing motion when watching them back. Is there anyway to fix this problem? Or is that just the way it is?
Ive checked the dvd rom and its fine and have even tried another in my pc. They play fine on the pc (nero show time) but when there played in any dvd player you can notice the pulsing motion. I rang the manufactures to see what i could do about it and they did a check (all came back fine) , then they asked me if i was using a torrent to download the film in the first place, when i replied yes they refused to help me but did mention that there was a way to sort out the problem!

What program do i use to burn an mpeg4 to a sony dvd r 4. 7 accucore disc? I am looking for a free program that will burn a mpeg 4 movie for free. , Completely free. Ps i have already tried dvd flick and imgburn and i have a dell inspiron 1525 running on windows vista home basic.

Galaxy 9600gt Graphic Card Burn Marks On Board
My graphic cards back side of the board appears to have circular burn marks appearing. My galaxy 9600gt low profile graphics card seems to have what i initially thought was magnetized amounts of dust build up around soldering points on the back side of the board, but on closer inspection when i was preforming my casual system maintenance i blew all the dust away and tried a little dry cloth rub and the marks would not leave. Thus i believe these marks are either burn marks or like circuit seeping causing a decay in the surrounding area's of the board. But pretty much just asking if anyone thinks this could be a sign the the gpu is going to die shortly?
Additional information = gpu is 1 1/2 years old. Not overclocked. Yet the cpu/ram is overclocked and the spread spectrum voltage has not been touched. I have run the card quite alot though and it operates between 50-110 degrees for what my testing has seen. No problems caused yet, card is running fine.
