Where can i find a replacement power cord for my printer? (Lexmark all in one x6675)? The movers lost my power cord to my printer. I cant seem to find one anywhere on the web. Power Cord Converter
I have an old dv1000 series laptop. Purchased a new 90w ac adapter that came with a little adapter to larger size plug to the smaller tip that came on the original ac adapter. Tip has broken off. Where can i get a new plug adapter? I can see them in the pictures for many other items, but never a a separate product (i.e. : http://www.Shopping. The ac adapter is fine. Only the small plug interface piece has broken. It seems a tad ridiculous to buy a new ac adapter for the loss of such a small and replaceable part.

Toshiba Satellite L45-s7423 Power Cord Issue With Touchpad
My toshiba laptops touch pad will move erratically and click randomly whenever it is plugged in, this problem does not occur when laptop is unplugged and i believe it may be related to a heating issue because when i lift it onto my knee or hold it up it works fine, this is the 4th power cord i have gotten for this laptop (other three stopped working) and it is a new design from the other 3 and problem did not occur with the other cords.

I live in sri lanka where the voltage is 220-240v and i bought a printer from ebay (epson workforce 610), from a seller in the us but i did not know it was 120v. I used a separate power cord from my other printer because the i did not have an extension supporting the plug supplied originally. The printer worked fine for about one minute but suddenly i heard a sound (not loud) and some smoke came from under the printer but the printer was working, i instantly unplugged the printer from the extension. Then the smoke stopped, i haven't switched on the printer after that. I want to know whether can use the printer again by using a voltage converter, whether the fuse has broken and whether i can put a new fuse to my printer and use it again.

I try to use a hdmi cord to connect my pc to my monitor, doesn't work. Yes, both my dell computer and dell 24" have a hdmi port. Answer:- it is completely possible that the surge protector is bad. Try unplugging the printer for about 45 minutes first so that any internal power/surge protection electronics can reset if designed with any, then plug your printer into a known working wall outlet and see what happens. If it works, then the printer either reset itself or the surge protector is bad. If it doesn't work, then you could have blown a fuse within the printer, or fried the electronics. It would then need to be serviced by a technician or replaced. Like the other answerer said, surge protectors don't always work.

I have a desktop with a vga and a dvi port. My current monitor is plugged into the vga. I want to plug a 2nd monitor into the dvi so that i can extend the desktop. 2nd monitor is turned on. The dell red/green/blue/white "self test feature check" is meanding around the screen. However, when i plug the dvi cord in, my primary monitor immediately displays a "connection lost" on the screen, so i can't do anything further. I have also tried unplugging the vga to my primary monitor while leaving the dvi plugged into the 2nd monitor - that does nothing either. Finally, i have tried shutting down the comp and starting it up with both the vga and dvi plugged in. In this case, i see the pre-boot stuff on my primary monitor, and i even see the initial windows startup icon. However, the screen loses connection again before i see the login to windows screen. I then have to unplug the dvi cord to see that screen.

Would just a simple little game of matching the colors and twisting the wires together do the trick? I am asking this because for some reason, the mouse's cable is thinner than the keyboard's cable.
