Lexmark Z2300 Printer Cannot Print

I tried to print a word document today, and an error message came up saying, you must print an ink test page first. I click ok and the lexmark thing comes up saying make sure your ink is in, and so on. I click print test page and the printer does not cancel the original document and does not do anything. Why is this?

Lexmark X3430 Printer Will Not Print
My printer is only two years old. Its a lexmark 3430, just put a new ink cartridge in. When it comes time to print the alignment page, the printer will pull the paper in right before it goes past the ink cartridge, but the cartridge carriage goes all the way to the right of the printer and makes this loud "clunk". It then flashes the message that i need to clear the paper jam and then press start. Did this a million times and have not gotten anything different. Anybody know anything about this? Help me out please!

Lexmark printer says full color, but why does it not print color? I have a lexmark z45 and it says that i have full color ink, but when i go to print with color, it shows up blank. Network Computers Cannot Print To Both Trays On Lexmark Printer
Why can't network computers print to both trays on my lexmark platinum pro905? I work in a billing office. We sit in kind of pairs where 2 people share a printer and there are 2 printers. Both of the people whose printer is plugged into their computer can print to both trays. But the "network" computers can only print to one tray. One can only print to tray 1 and the other can only print to tray 2. Weird! It doesn't make since! 2 different computers printing to different trays? Has anyone had this problem or can anyone tell me how to fix it?

Refilled Ink For Lexmark Printer Wont Print Properly
I refilled the ink for my lexmark printer and now it won't print properly. How do i fix this? It's a z705 lexmark and we have had it for a couple of years now. I have a lexmark interpret s405 printer, all ink cartridges are full and in place correctly. When i print a word document, right down the middle of the page there is a white line and the letters where this line is appearing are blurry or printed on top of each other. When i print a color photograph on normal printer paper there is a rainbow stripe going down vertically through the image. It is about two or three centimeters and i've tried cleaning the printer head and deep cleaning the printer head using the maintenance button on the machine. What do i do now? I'd like to actually print quality pages.

It is the application you are using which controls the size of the printed text. However, if you are printing web pages from the internet, you have no control over the size of the text whatsoever. Text sizes in web pages are often small (6. 5pt) to save space on the web host servers. When printed directly, the printed results need good eyesight or a magnifying glass to read it. To enlarge the print for greater legibility, highlight the textual information you want to print out, right click and select copy, open up your word processor and paste the information onto the page. Answer:- the speed of the printer is based on many things that make up it's capability. The print "engine" is software that was created based on the hardware limitations of the machine. Most people should not mess with hacking the printers firmware. The only thing that us consumers can do to change speed is to either get a newer printer or lower the resolution of your printer. The lower the resolution, the faster the print job. It also has the benefit of being cheaper because it uses lass ink. You can print a job in b&w instead of color that will also lower the print speed but i kinda call that a change in resolution because color and b&w are kinda like a resolution change. It will also be cheaper too.

Is there a "history" the printer keeps, where i can print copies of what has been printed up to a certain point or up until now? I called hp and they're useless, unfortunately. Someone used my printer when i was not present and i'd like to know exactly what they printed. I'd prefer not to have to hire a forensic person. This is for a legal issue.

I just installed an hp deskjet f380 (printer-scanner-copier) and my computer says its running properly. When i go to print something, the name of the printer is "pdf complete". When i click on the drop-down list, my printer is not listed. When i click on "find printer. " It says 'directory service is currently unavailable'. When i try to print it (with the printer set to pdf complete) it just tries to save the file as a pdf instead of print it. Anyone know how to fix this?

My new hp officejet 6500 printer will not print. The cd that came with it will not load the driver needed for it to work. I have tried everything that has been suggested with no luck. I returned the first one, which was 3 weeks old, and got another one. It doesn't work either. The geeks in india said it needed a driver. They couldn't help me after hours on the phone. So yeah, i have something due for class tomorrow morning that involves printing color pictures, so when i went to print, it tells me that it needs magenta, or it won't print in color. So, i go out and buy the big pack that has all 6 cartridges since i'll need them all later, replace the magenta, and go to print. It still tells me that i need magenta and won't print. So then i went through and replaced all the other cartridges just in case, still yelling at me (the screen on the printer said "official hp magenta installed" or something like that when i put it in. So yeah, this is due in around 11 hours, any help?

What are some good quality printers that print 9 x 12 photos, for a like a modeling portfolio. I want one at home so that i can build my own portfolio. Its not so much of me making a portfolio to get a modeling job, but because i just love the way models look in their portfolios, and since i get told i look like a model [downfall: im only 5'4], so i just want to have fun in making one, kinda like having a professional album of myself. No i do not want to go to a photographer. Well maybe one day, but for now i dont want to get too excited about modeling because what i really want to be is a fashion designer. [P. Hp C5280 Printer Wont Print
Hp c5280 all-in-one printer wont print? I replaced both of my ink cartridges (black and color) with official hp ink cartridges, but now the printer prints only blank pages. I've run the "clean print cartridges", "self-test report" and "align print cartridges" programs and get the same result. After running the alignment program the printer tells me it has failed alignment and i should check my documentation, but i can't find any reason for this in the documentation. I've taken both ink cartridges out of the printer and lightly dabbed the bottoms with a paper towel to see if the ink has somehow dried out, and the paper towel comes out stained with the proper colors of ink. Anybody know what else could cause this problem, and more importantly: what i can do to fix this?

Hp c5280 all-in-one printer wont print? I replaced both of my ink cartridges (black and color) with official hp ink cartridges, but now the printer prints only blank pages. I've run the "clean print cartridges", "self-test report" and "align print cartridges" programs and get the same result. After running the alignment program the printer tells me it has failed alignment and i should check my documentation, but i can't find any reason for this in the documentation.
