Hp 1315 Printer Wont Print Colored Pictures

I have just had the ink cartridges refilled for my all in one hp 1315 printer. I can print text (black) perfectly but when i print colored pictures it comes out pinkish red with a tad of yellow.

Hp Deskjet F4280 Printing Colored Pictures In Dark Shades
Our hp f4280 3 in 1 printer is printing colored pictures in dark shades, what is wrong? I just started to print out photos of my graduation using our printer hp f4280 3 in 1, but the result is in shades of dark, at first i thought it was just the photo paper, so i test a plain paper but same thing happened. The soft copy of the picture is really bright and clear but the printout is so dark. Anyways i just notice this problem cause i only print text before and this is just the 1st time i use this printer to print photos.

Just bought a printer 3 in 1 by hp. I need to know how to scan pictures to my computer. Can anyone assist me in it?

If you installed the scanner correctly, go in yout start menu and look in the hp folder. Click on the hp solution center and that will start the scanning software. Put your pix face down on the scanner glass, close the lid, and click on the scan button in the scanning software menu. Don't press the scanner button on the scanner. It won't work. You need to use the software. If you have photoshop, go in the file menu and select source. Use the twain driver and after, clock on acquire or scan.

Has anyone here heard of the rumors that this mouse will not work on a black colored mousepad? If this is true, logitech really f'ed up and made a big mistake. A friend is looking to buy the g5 and had heard that it will not work on a black surface. There are even claims that logitech has confirmed this and is simply telling people to go out and buy a blue mousepad.

While my hp psc 1510 all in one printer scans it adds random color lines, across the whole place it scans? Well basically the title says it all, but when i hit the scan button it will scan but a lot of straight lines in different colors (when scanning in black & white and in color) when in color just weird color lines, when in black and white just black lines, so i am wondering if there is a way to fix this? How can i get my hp printer to print faster than it does?
Answer:- the speed of the printer is based on many things that make up it's capability. The print "engine" is software that was created based on the hardware limitations of the machine. Most people should not mess with hacking the printers firmware. The only thing that us consumers can do to change speed is to either get a newer printer or lower the resolution of your printer. The lower the resolution, the faster the print job. It also has the benefit of being cheaper because it uses lass ink. You can print a job in b&w instead of color that will also lower the print speed but i kinda call that a change in resolution because color and b&w are kinda like a resolution change. It will also be cheaper too.

Is there a way to find out what documents were printed off my printer and when? Is there a "history" the printer keeps, where i can print copies of what has been printed up to a certain point or up until now? I called hp and they're useless, unfortunately. Someone used my printer when i was not present and i'd like to know exactly what they printed. I'd prefer not to have to hire a forensic person. This is for a legal issue.

My new hp officejet 6500 printer will not print. The cd that came with it will not load the driver needed for it to work. I have tried everything that has been suggested with no luck. I returned the first one, which was 3 weeks old, and got another one. It doesn't work either. The geeks in india said it needed a driver. They couldn't help me after hours on the phone. So yeah, i have something due for class tomorrow morning that involves printing color pictures, so when i went to print, it tells me that it needs magenta, or it won't print in color. So, i go out and buy the big pack that has all 6 cartridges since i'll need them all later, replace the magenta, and go to print. It still tells me that i need magenta and won't print. So then i went through and replaced all the other cartridges just in case, still yelling at me (the screen on the printer said "official hp magenta installed" or something like that when i put it in. So yeah, this is due in around 11 hours, any help?

What are some good quality printers that print 9 x 12 photos, for a like a modeling portfolio. I want one at home so that i can build my own portfolio. Its not so much of me making a portfolio to get a modeling job, but because i just love the way models look in their portfolios, and since i get told i look like a model [downfall: im only 5'4], so i just want to have fun in making one, kinda like having a professional album of myself. No i do not want to go to a photographer. Well maybe one day, but for now i dont want to get too excited about modeling because what i really want to be is a fashion designer. [P. S. , Do you know of any quality digital cameras? I have one which is 8 mega-pixels, but the photos still come out looking old and dull, and doesnt have that many settings. I've run the "clean print cartridges", "self-test report" and "align print cartridges" programs and get the same result. After running the alignment program the printer tells me it has failed alignment and i should check my documentation, but i can't find any reason for this in the documentation. I've taken both ink cartridges out of the printer and lightly dabbed the bottoms with a paper towel to see if the ink has somehow dried out, and the paper towel comes out stained with the proper colors of ink. Anybody know what else could cause this problem, and more importantly: what i can do to fix this?

All host and the printer are connected are networked through a netgear prosafe 16 switch. What could the problem be and how do i fix it? The operating system is windows xp. There isn't any paper-jam.

Cannot Print On Both Sides With Hp Laserjet Printer
Can't print on both sides (manually) with hp laserjet p1006? I just got a new printer, as it says in the title it's an hp laserjet p1006. When i try to print on both sides manually, the first set of sheets go out just fine, but when i reinsert it, i don't know how to get it to finish the printing!
It might sound a bit dumb, but i have tried to press every buttons (there is only a red "cancel" one and the power button). I have also got a message on my computer, saying to press "continue" once i've put the pile of sheets back in the tray, but the button at the button of the window says "close", and when i press it, it just closes the message window. I used to have an hp laserjet1012, which had a green button to continue the printing. But now i am a bit confused!
